Dinah Faye Balleco is an emerging expert in climate justice, policy research, and youth mobilization, with a strong foundation in political science and environmental advocacy in the Philippine context. Currently serving as Project Staff at the Manila Observatory’s Klima Center, Dinah supports policy translation, fieldwork coordination, and community resilience strategies in collaboration with scientists and local stakeholders.
