Atty. Jayvy Gamboa is Assistant Director for Policy and Governance at Klima Center of Manila Observatory, working on workstreams of just transition and loss and damage. He is technical lead for MO’s work with the Allied for Climate Transformation by 2025 (ACT2025), a coalition of Global South think tanks working on climate change and climate justice, and a policy and research specialist with the ASEAN CAP in promoting meaningful participation of ASEAN in international climate fora. He has published in reputable peer-reviewed journals and has served as consultant for international and national organizations on climate change law, policy, and governance.
