Ma. Laurice Jamero is a leading climate resilience and sustainability expert with over 10 years of experience at the intersection of science, policy, and grassroots action in the Global South. Her work focuses on climate adaptation, sea level rise, small island resilience, and sustainable development—offering technical expertise to governments, global organizations, and vulnerable communities.
She leads the Resilience Collaboratory at the Klima Center, Manila Observatory, where she supports climate risk assessments and adaptation planning across the Philippines. Her research has been featured on the cover of Nature Climate Change and cited in the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report.
