The CCSS is a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge by attending classes with world-class university professors and expand your horizons in one of the most beautiful and lively cities in the world. Since its inception in 2021, the CCSS has been a platform for students to enrich their understanding of climate change through a distinctive and multidisciplinary approach. This program offers participants the chance to attend classes led by world-class professors spanning various disciplines, including Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Geography, Humanities, Law, Physics, Political Science, and Sociology.

Key Features of the CCSS:
  • Multidisciplinary Approach: Engage with top-notch professors and professionals, fostering a comprehensive understanding of climate change.
  • Global Networking: Make lasting connections with fellow participants from around the world, creating an international network that extends beyond the classroom.
  • Academic and Cultural Exploration: Enjoy a well-rounded experience with academic visits, cultural excursions, and social events, deepening your understanding of climate change while creating lasting memories.
  • Self-Discovery: Navigate through challenging discussions, group activities, and real-world problem-solving to discover something new about yourself.
Tuition Fee Reductions: Significant tuition fee reductions are offered to students from universities actively promoting our program and those submitting early applications, ensuring both institutional endorsement and proactive student commitment are rewarded with affordable access to this enriching educational experience.

Additionally, the basic two-week program can be extended into a 4-Week Program (6 ECTS credits) from June 30 to July 25, 2025, by adding one of the following courses:
  • Skills Summer School: Ideal for students aiming to enhance their writing and speaking skills, crucial for success in academic and professional pursuits.
  • Environmental Economics and Policy Analysis: Organized by our partner UAM’s Summer School of Economics and Business, this 3 ECTS credit course offers an in-depth preview of economic analysis related to environmental policies. It complements our 2-week curriculum and provides valuable insights into the economics of climate change.
We firmly believe that this program will significantly contribute to your students' academic growth and provide them with a transformative experience that can shape their perspectives on climate change, studies, and future careers.
